According to UFG stockholders’ meeting, the Group’s authorized (registered) fund will be increased by HRN 115 million and will be equal to HRN 145 million.Since 1992 Ukrainian Financial Group have made four emissions of ordinary bearer stocks, and every time offered its issues for sale on the national stock market. All stipulated emissions were completely placed by open subscription within the announced term.
