The state commission on regulation of the market of financial services of Ukraine has granted the certificate on registration of financial establishment to joint-stock company “ Ukrainian financial group”. The certificate has the first number. Thus the list of the financial companies which are working now in Ukraine begins with UFG.

In our opinion, this fact reflected not only especially biographic feature of the domestic financial market, but also in the certain measure – the objective logic of its development. In fact UFG from the first days of the independent Ukrainian state takes an active participation in reforming the financial sphere, being the first to apply new to our country versions and tools of business, having adapted successful experience of the leading foreign companies, having realized the projects, played an appreciable role in development of the national economy.
